Looking back on what Passover is, I'm not sure 'happy passover' is exactly the right greeting to use, but there it is, anyway. Perhaps some variation on George Carlin's old joke 'may the forces of evil become confused on the way to your house' is in order:
May the Angel of Death visit the Joneses, and not you.
