She's an experimentallist.

I think she's trying to see if she can alter my diet enough for me to survive into my 80s.:)

Frankly, if surviving into my 80s means living on a diet of warm tofu, crisp squash slices, and hearty parsley crisps ... well, the words "interminable" and "gastrointestinal upset" come to mind.:o
 
the words " delicious" and " nutritious" come to my mind. I'm learning- but the recipes still taste good!!(Potato Dumplings, Seafood dumplings, Chili con queso) but good for a diabetic, healthy food! AND tasty!! And you better live into your eighties!!
