I am just funning you Dan. I respect your commitment. I use to be an assist coach for GWU kickboxing team like 15 -16 years ago. I use to work with the guy that did the first GNC comercials where he broke out of the average mold, and trained my rear end off.
I wore 29 and 30" jeans and filled a large tshirt and even at my best I was never as lean or defined. I use to food combine as well, burnt up a couple of juicers etc.
Your diet has to be insane. SInce the marriage and three kids, honestly I was just too lazy to keep it up.
Keep at it and give the roid junkies fits everytime you whip their butts:thumbup:
