So far we've contacted Rep's in:

Alabama
Arizona
California
Colorado
Georgia (twice)
Maine
Mississippi
Nevada
South Dakota
Tennessee
Texas
and Utah,

And those are just the ones I've seen in this thread (and a friend of mine, too). That's not a bad start.

I think we're having an effect!

You can add Minnesota to your list. Though I got an email back from my representative saying that they dont accept un-solicited email. Makes me wonder how many reps have their email addresses filtered, so good common sense doesnt reach em.

That's not very good is it? Perhaps drop them a (physical) letter?

for $10 www.congress.org will print out special letters and send them to 3 people, and display your letter on their front page.

Just emailed my Virginia reps. Hopefully we'll hear something soon since Nepal's PM is visiting. The mainstream press does seem to have picked up on the situation.
