Anybody have any experiences with this machine? Is it any good? What would one of these sell for new? Do they wear out when they get old? I really need to find a way to mark my blades, I am broke, and I know nothing about the etching process. Thanks for your help.

Kyle,
They really don't wear out so to speak. The current may get a little weaker as they get older.
You use the DC setting to etch and the AC setting to darken the etch. You can get all the stuff you need from Marking Methods, Stencil and the chemicals to clean and etch. Hope that helps.
