I bought a knife from this individual / business and paid via PayPal, with a clear request to ensure that the product shipped was free of defects and lateral blade play. I received the knife ( a slipjoint stockman ) and two of the three blades are as loose as a goose with substantial lateral blade play. Additionally, springs on the sheepsfoot and spey blades are near dead - no walk and talk.
After a series of emails, this individual has refused to exchange the knife or to take it back except to send it to the manufacturer for "inspection."
This business was quick to sell and quick to ship, however, if you need followup or are somehow dissatisfied with the product - forget it.
