ebay buy: What would you say this style of slip joint combo folder is?

I picked this up recently from ebay. It appears to be NOS and all it needed was some cleaning up. It has the name "Malcberry" and Japan. From google it seems Malcberry was just an importer and not a manufacturer. Is ther a name for this style of knife? It has a slip joint saw and a lock back blade. interesting combo. Brass bolsters with brass liners.

Looks like the old Ruko made knife, but with an added saw.

Folding Hunter.
The saw works on bone and wood.
Imperial-Schrade made a few two blade slipjoint Folding Hunter's with a clip point main and saw secondary.
