Just one of many sales that aren't what they are said to be. Check out this Remington Girl Scout knife with the original Kutmaster box. Now ask yourself how a Kutmaster box can be original to a Remington knife. If you have a GOOD answer please post it. To ad insult to insult looks like the knife has a center pin crack on the reverse side of the crack free handles. Buyer Beware.
Speaking of crack free handles check out the gaping top pin crack on the front crack free handle of this ebay Case 61011 hawkbill knife 360501776991.
I have bought and sold many knives on eBay and have enjoyed it. I have also bought quite a few crack free handled knife and returned upon finding stress and pin cracks in the handles. You can't always see the knives well enough and too many times the knives are asserted as having crack free handles only to find cracks when examining first hand. Moral is that if it is stated you have some recourse. If it isn't stated then ask and get it in writing.
Fifth picture of an adulterated Remington scout. Extra pin in front handle, phantom pen blade, missing bail, punch short and heated. Surprisingly the seller could see the crack in this front handle.
