Here's a couple of wharncliffe swaybacks I recently finished up. Aside from the handle material and size, the specs are the same on both knives. Here they are:
Blades and backsprings are CPM-154; blades hollow ground and hand finished
Bolsters and pivots are 416 stainless; remaining pins are nickel silver
Liners are 410 stainless -mill relieved around pivot and jeweled inside

Ebony knife is 6 7/8" overall; 4" closed; blade is 2 15/16" tip to bolster

(SOLD)Ivory (pre-ban elephant) knife is just over 6 1/4" overall; just over 3 5/8" closed; blade is just over 2 1/2" tip to bolsters. NOTE: If you hold this knife up to the light and look from the inside, you can see a tiny gap between the backspring and liner in a small area between the center spring pin and the pivot.

Both knives have crisp action, medium pull, and half stops.

Prices: Ebony- $325.00; Ivory- $OLD shipped in the U.S. Paypal preferred, but can PM for other options. First come first served. Questions or comments welcome...thanks for the look! -Phil Tham

Wow Phil, those are Nice ! Hardest thing will be to choose which one to buy. The ivory looks rich & creamy. Get some time in hand and it will darken to even richer. And you really found some Black ebony. Beautiful. Most ebony seen these days is streaked with brown. Pure black is seen on the 100 yr old vintage USA Jacks but seems rare on recently made knives.
A double Home Run here. I am very tempted despite bad finances.
