Ebony Jack knife

Do you mean 3.5" closed length?
Only one I can think of off the top of my head is the GEC #66....
Will go back to thinking b/c I'm not sure any are available anymore....

If you mean closed length.. GEC, both the 15 and 85 fit your criteria, and possibly many more.

You could try the new GEC #72 Cody Scout Jack, lots of ebony on this one!

Yes, 3.5" closed.

I did not know there was a 66 Jack knife.... did they ever do a 53 or 54?

And of course the new #92, which might be a little unusual.

This one is in the lead.

GEC 15 is what I was going to say as well and you can pick them up relatively cheap.

I just found a 66 Jack Knife for sale on a site last night but it does not have ebony scales they are like an Orange Jigged Bone. I'll send you a link to it so you can see it. I don't think GEC ever made the Serpentine Jack with Ebony but I could be wrong about that. I have one with Rotten Banana Bone scales and it is by far my favorite GEC. Love the 66 frame.

I was going to recommend the #76 Outlaw Jack but I think you just picked one of those up didn't you?

Thanks. Yep. I really like the #76, would love one in Ebony. I had a boys knife, it just didn't speak to me.

Yeah, a #53 Jack would be sweet....(based on really liking the #53 Stockman)
I'm intrigued by those #92's as well - cool looking knife and I like the coping secondary....

What was it you didn't like about the boys knife? I'm only curious because I've been looking at picking one of these up in ebony with the single clip blade. Don't want to hijack your thread though so maybe you could send me a visitor message if you don't want to put it here. :)

GEC did make a #53 double end jack with a single spring in Ebony...Nice and slim package with lots of blade

Ohhh yeah, those 53 double end jacks look really nice. I've been dreaming of one for a while now. Single spring, nice and slim, perfect size... Doesn't get much better.

Also if you were interested in a double ended knife like the Cuban the #68 White Owl is an excellent slim handled knife!

Very nice!! I thought I had seen one at one time or another but then I couldn't find it on the GEC site so figured maybe I was imagining things. I love that 66 Serp in Ebony though and if I ever find one I might have to add it to my 66 collection lol.

Might I suggest one of these?

85 and 15

How much thicker is the 2 blade verses the single blade 15? Anybody got a picture comparing the 2 side by side?
