Echo-5
Ambrosia maple handle with forest green g-10 bolster and liner three 1/8" black pins
total length 8-1/2”
blade length 4”
handle length 4-1/2”
blade 3/32" S35VN
This pattern is the final evolution of my “companion blades” that started with the Side Kick and evolved to the Trail Hiker and has now produced the Echo-5. The Echo-5 still have the light wight and nimble feel of my earlier models, but is slightly bigger (1/4” longer) and have a bit more belly this combined with thin 3/32" S35VN gives it razor like slicing geometry that I love so much. The shape and contours of the handle lock the knife in so that it moves as an extension of your hand but prevent hand fatigue or hot spots. The exposed lanyard hole lets the lanyard rest below the surface of the handle preventing it from interfering with your grip.

$ 210 includes a free leather sheath and shipping in the lower 48 states

this is what Robert and Adam over at Equip 2 Endure thought of there new echo-5's

I like the design Dan. I've been watching your website ever since the E2E review. I like the look of the Echo 5 and would like to get my hands on one. The handle scales one this particular one are not my personal cup of tea. When will more become available? The Echo 5 in a dangle sheath sounds great to me, in the right color scheme. :)

i love it, wish i had the funds right now to buy it! Love my trail hiker btw, awesome edge retention and toughness for O1. Keep up the good work Dan and I promise to buy an echo 5 soon. Its on my list for a must have, you do amazing work for amazing prices. :abnormal:
