I purchased a knife from ecop on ebay paid paypal bill me later about 5/14/12. I then sent a message within a couple hours to cancel the order.This was when the business was closed.I had no problem if they wanted me to pay a cancellation fee, but instead the next business day they said we can't cancel an order in process.If I dont want it, to get an RMA number and return it within the return policy.
Ok, don't really understand why the hard way, but I played along.Got the knife,RMA and shipped it back insured with DC on 5/22.I kept checking but the DC just kept saying same thing left my shipping location never anything more.Over a couple weeks I would ask about the return and they kept replying same cookie cutter message.I finally asked if they could look a little deeper and check the return facility or speak with mail carrier.They were uncooperative and told me file a dispute we don't have there return.I finally checked with the post office in Niceville,FL on 6/14 and againon 6/15 with insurance tracking number the postal supervisor said they did in fact deliver the package to the company on 5/25/12.I relayed that to ecop and they still respond file a claim and will not refund my money.They have knife and my money.Buyer beware.
