Knife 1: Made by Master Bladesmith Ed Fowler, an exceptionally high quality "Pronghorn". Blade is a full 5" and overall 10". Knife is in new and unused condition, having a beautiful, original etched finish. Steel is forged 52100E, differentially heat treated. Ultra fine grain structure. There is one scratch on the reverse side of ricasso, could be easily buffed or cleaned out by a skilled person. Waxed harness leather sheath is included, also made by Ed Fowler. A substantial knife in every respect, one of Ed Fowler's signature models, made post-2000. A rare find!

Knife 2: Nathan Summers is a serious student knife maker. He has studied with Jared Williams and Ed Fowler at the Willow Bow Ranch. Knife is in new/unused condition, purchased at the Blade Show in Atlanta, 2014. The workmanship is excellent. Steel used is from the "center shaft of a water-well drill rig from a ranch". A test blade made of the same steel proved extremely tough in destructive testing. Guard is brass or bronze, handle is nicely figured Macassar ebony. Ergonomic contour and a generous grip for large hands. There are two leather stabilized spacers behind the guard. Overall, a terrific knife!
