Ed Schott Small Camp Knife

Is Ed Schott still posting here? I am thinking I need one his Small Camp Knives, and need to know how to go about ordering one.

Any information about Ed or his Small Camp Knife greatly appreciated.

I too, am wondering what happened to Ed. I have not heard from him in many months, since he told me he was going to mail me some CPM3V. I have not received any steel, and I believe I am not the only one either. I'm not too worried about the steel, as I did not send him any money up front, but I am pretty sure that some others did. I'm worried about Ed.

I know a few people expecting knives from Ed and others that cancelled orders because they were very unsatisfied with the way it was going. This is sad to hear because I was very impressed with the quality of his work and was considering a large 3V knife from him.

Last word I had from Ed was that he was putting handle slabs on a custom hunter I had on order from him, and that he expected to ship within a few days. That was in December of last year. Though I've tried to contact him several times, both by email and by phone, I've not gotten through. He has not returned my calls or correspondence. As much as anything, I'd just like to know that he's okay. I know he went through a very rough period last year. If anyone knows how he is, I'd like to find out. I'm not worried about the knife.

I dunno if anyone has heard from Ed in a long time. Last i knew, he was ok and working a full time job a lot of hours. But that was last Feb...
