EDC abuse

I use my jyd 2 cb to cut small gauge wire -10g(have used the sg2 also). Push cut a lot of zip ties into metal frames or rock. Pry out trailer lights. Screwdriver when needed. Hammer with spine, open and closed. Gets dropped a lot. It is the first nice knife I haven't lost. I've been edc'ing it for over 3 years, only sharpened it once.

someone asked to use my knife once. i let him... he started stabbing a thick plastic foldable table(the kind you set up for parties, not the small ones), trying to cut a hole into it prying it every which way. this was with my skyline which i dont have anymore unfortunately, but that's a different story. luckily the tip didn't have much damage on it. that tip was delicate...

I batoned 1 piece of firewood into about 14 smaller pieces. It was REAL loose when done. Thought i broke it. NOT, just tightened everything up & it was back to new with no play. Still in use today & being carried as we speak. Knife: Cold Steel Recon 1, the old version.

Opened food tins with my Kershaw Scamp. Stabbed into the top and cut a roughly U shaped hole in the lid.
Opened coconuts with it and of course baton-ed.
