EDC advice?

I got a Spydie Centofante 4 off this board (half price, but used), and I love it! I'm thinking about getting one of the waved Spydies, but I figure I should get a BM before I get another Spydie.

forgot to add... I'm generally biased against back-locks, all of my earlier folding knives were back-locks, and they were over-stiff, or released in use, or were just uncomfortable. I'm willing to give them a shot, but please keep that bias in mind.
I used to be as well, but I assure you, Spyderco lockbacks are superbly done. The lock up is somehting you need to see by taking the knife apart to understand. The blade tang snaps deep and flawlessly into the lock bar on the model I took apart. I'd put my trust in a lock like that before most others, for sure.

It's actually not a matter of security, I've never had problems with the lockbacks I've had. I just don't like having to re-grip, especially when the part you push is ALL the way back on the knife, unlike my Centofante. I'm still not a fan of the lockback, but with the Boye dent and middle position, it's workable.

I agree that they are a tad slower and more cumbersome to close with one hand, but after a lot of time handling them, it become very reflex like, and the difference is a matter of a second or two or less.
