Hello Folks, Just finished this cool little knife. Hope you all like it.
Blade is CPM 154 .102 thick and 2.875 tip to bolsters. O/A is 6.9. Heat treated w/cryo quench and double tempered to 60-61 RC. Polished and hand finished with 2000 grit. tapered tang.
Bolsters are CF held tight with .092 bronze welding rod.
Handle is burgundy linen micarta w/ thin red liners, mosaic pin and lanyard hole.
Sheath is 8-9 ounce hand tooled and hand stitched leather. I use sole leather for the Loveless cam idea and the knife fits very secure yet is easy to withdraw. If you wear the knife just over your left pocket it can be easily deployed quickly with either hand. And will not interfere with reaching into your pocket.
