Very interesting thread. I too wonder what people in other parts of the world/regions carry. On another forum I frequent it seems that what we carry here is very similar to other parts of the world only it is quite a bit more expensive for them with shipping and customs duties.

I live in the Pacific Northwest so the only thing that might be different is most of the year I have some rain gear/fleece or Gore-tex handy.

I rotate daily through my collection of just over 140 non-auto folding knives (So far). All with 4" or shorter blades so I'm carrying legally here.

Largest part of my collection is just under 50 Spydercos. I EDC every knife that I own that is legal in Oklahoma. No safe queens here, only some autos that are against state laws to carry.
