EDC Fixed-Blade.

I carry an ESEE 4 in a Maxpedition bag daily and have been considering getting an Izula for EDC, seems like a perfect little knife.

I rotate through several fixed blades. Here are a couple of my favourites.

Correct, it's one from the Murray Carter Neck knife series in laminated White steel. I have another in the more common drop point blade.

My wallet is hating you right now because that is probably gonna be my next knife if I can find it (the knife, unfortunately I can find the wallet a bit too easily)

I keep a Blackjack model 155 neck knife in a KSF city sheath that I use as my wallet, in my back pocket. Currently, I also have an ESEE Candiru on my belt. Normally I'll throw the Candiru or an Izula/Izula II or a Becker 11/14 in my front pocket. I carry a Case medium congress every day, but that's for sentimental value (although it's very sharp). After years of carrying a knife, I definitely prefer a fixed blade.

My personal favourite is my Robert Parish 8 inch Hollow Handle survival knife in 440c stainless steel. Its strongly built and doesn't require excessive maintenance to keep it from rusting in the field. Its a hard use knife that won't break or chip. But 440c does not hold an edge as well as D2. And it is harder to sharpen. But all in all l am very happy with it.

I have a Steve Woods "Hunter" that has been a favorite for a few years.

I was just given a new little fixed blade a couple months ago (from my awesome wife for our anniversary via Ryan Johnson) and have been giving it a full on test drive and really like it. It's not model offered by Ryan for sale but hopefully it will be soon.

That bottome knife you have there is a bueaty, where did you pick that up if you dont mind me asking? A very awesome custom , one of the best ones i seen.

Edit: to keep on topic, an ESEE 3 , kershaw skyline 1084, or buck 119 for now.

I carry a Hinderer Flashpoint SoB carry. Just in case I need anything a little more robust than my little CRKT Ripple II.

The knife in the bottom picture was a gift from Ryan Johnson (RMJ Tactical). I'd been poking at him since last year about it and when I was stateside in January my wife & I made a road trip south and stopped by to see Ryan. Long story short he sent the knife to my wife to give me as an anniversary gift from her. It isn't a model he has for sale though. The one pictured is a test mule as he forged a few out of different materials. This particular on was cold forged using D2. It's a super handy little blade!

Hopefully if things go right RMJ will get some of these out soon.

Busse AD at work and Busse SOB after work for the most part. Usually take an ESEE 3 fishing too..

I've been trying to find a way to carry the little Fb in the center of the photo.

Problem is, it's got a little weight to it:

Yeah, I've recycled these photos. They're good, and I'm lazy.

Maybe a KSF.....
