I've been looking for a new fixed blade between like $100 and $150. I'd like it to be between a 3" and 5" blade, and be fairly easy to carry for EDC.It doesn't need to be a hardcore bushcraft knife, but be capable of camp chores and act as a survival knife if need be. I've been looking at some bark rivers, swamp rats, and esee. I had an Esee 4 before and loved it, but sold it to try something new. Originally I was going to get the Esee laser strike, but now I've been looking into all of my options. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Joe.

I've been edcing a fixed blade for a couple of years now,I really like a neck knife personally. However sometimes I pocket carry it. I'm sure you will enjoy it.

I have been carrying and using a small BHK for a while and loving it, while the model I carry is smaller than what you are looking for, they do have others like the Jump Jack and Maverick Scout that meet your criteria. While BHKs are not fancy they are rugged, dependable, hard use tools available in multiple grinds for your specific use.

I think I'm going to try the bark river bravo edc.

Here's a Bravo 1 to help your decision along.:) It's my only BRK at the moment, but I'm seriously looking at a Mini Fox River.

For edc, I like the Bradford G3. It conceals easily.
