EDC Flipper

Kershaw Chill for $19! It seems like you're looking for something more high-end, but it's a perfect sized edc.

Spyderco VALLOTIN sub hilt or Al Mar sere 2000, shrike. All are solid knives and classy looking IMHO.

In that price range, I suggest taking a close look (preferably handle them) at the Spyderco Domino or the Dice (same knife...2 sizes). These are wonderfully designed knives that flip open smoothly, lock up securely, close safely and intuitively, slice ridiculously well, and have ergonomics that most knives can't come close to.
Seriously...I bought them based on reputation although I was not crazy about their looks and after using them they quickly became a couple of the knife designs I respect the most. The fact that they work so well has changed my view...I now see them as beautiful knives. Very well designed and manufactured knives!

I really love the domino and picked up my second one for 150 bucks here on BF. I also had a custom scale made for 75 bucks to personalize it.

I'm looking for a flipper for general EDC use. I'm retired and don't need another hard use folder and would like to stay under $200.00. I like the look of the ZT 566 but was wondering if there was anything else maybe a little more dressy, that would be worth giving a look at.

The new Zero Tolerance 0450 is a great EDC folder. Very light, slim and trim. Excellent manual flipper action, two-tone 3.25" blade of S35VN, titanium frame lock, stonewashed titanium handles and some nice touches like polished pivot and red barrel spacers. $160.
