I was just wondering what everyone's favorite edc pocket knife they like to use in the kitchen or camp site for food prep. I think out of all the knives I've used it would the spyderco military or the sebenza. What do you guys think?

Saying "I use kitchen knives in the kitchen" is another way of saying "I don't use an EDC knife in the kitchen".

Military or large Sebenza since those are the two I carry most. The Military rocks in the kitchen but the Sebenza is easier to clean, dry, and put back in my pocket.

Yep, kitchen knives in the kitchen and Para 2 or Endura 4 FFG outside the kitchen, both great slicers!

I keep a small bamboo cutting board along with an Ontario Camp Knife and carbon Opinel 6 at my desk at work so I can snack on fruits and vegetables throughout the day. The knives stay at my desk and not in my pocket so technically they are not EDC.
