Yes, coaldigger makes a good point, don't forget to compliment them with SAKs! Alox (drool) farmers or soldiers or cadets!
very inexpensive combos that work great with a main blade!
 
For 200 you could get them an Emerson mini commander and an alox farmer. That would fit within your price range, size range, and then it would also cover most cutting tasks.
