Nice combo, that's almost what I rotate out myself

Funny, I am also carrying an Eagletac with my Mini Recon past few days, a P20C2 MKII

I am a pretty big fan of their UI, very simple to use. Strobe is there, but easy not to engage, plus I don't have to cycle through a hundred modes to get to it.

If you get a chance, pick up the G25C2.. it is BRIGHT!

I got the U2 emitter at 770 lumens (640 ANSI)

btw hows your mini recon 1 working out for you?

Spent future light money on my father for Christmas and got him a ZebraLight since he loves headlamps. I am digging the Mini Recon more and more as I get used to the handle size little by little. The more I use it I realize the handle size is definitely big enough but still have preference for 4 1/2" - 5 1/4" handles. Guessing it is mostly having older Enduras and Voyager for companions for a long time and I'm 6'2" 220 with little larger than average hands.

Will try to get a nice photo of it on a trail tomorrow or one of my days off from work coming up. I have it riding down in my pocket behind my cell phone 24/7 with clip still on even though it is very nice feeling without the clip. It's doing very good playing around outside in the backyard and even cutting up some fruits and veggies in the kitchen.

Look forward to seeing the pictures!

My mini-Ritter with Wilkins grips has kicked everything else out of my pocket. The edge grind is one of the best I've seen on a production knife in a while. I'm also playing with my new BK15 in the back yard. Showed up this week and it has only done kitchen duty. Chopping up some branches later today with it.

Here's an old pic of one my favorite rotation knives, I think its finally broken in. I can close it just by pressing the compression lock and swinging the blade closed.

Love the look of a PM2 that's seen some real use!

^^
That's the first time I've seen Ka-Bar Cutlass Machete in EDC thread :D I have one too, fits nicely in backpack when mountainbiking. Useful for clearing paths that haven't been used for a while...
