I'm not going to belabor this issue so I'll finish by saying I've had two of that exact model, I still have the SNG little brother of that model, Strider has had one of them in hand recently and wouldn't touch them if they weren't real Strider knives and those iterations were released BEFORE the clones hit the market which has been somewhat recently.

I suggest you ask rather than proclaim. You aren't qualified to make such comments, obviously.

Great looking knife Alphahunter. I had great time meeting you and Jake at the show. I was really impressed by your guys knives in person. Pics don't do them justice. They are tanks and beautiful in person.

buy a surefire...... i have had a few fenix / 4sevens lights before and once i bought my surefire e1b backup i have never even thought about a new edc light. 4sevens and fenix may advertise that they are brighter and last longer but neither is true in my experience. i have had an ld20 die after 20min on standard rayovac's ( brand new ). i actually had a deer spoil overnight because i only had 1 back-up set of batteries and i was tracking the deer for less than 45min. i have found my surefire's last longer than advertised and are very bright. than same ld20 is rated at 180 lumens and my 110 lumen surefire makes it look like a toy

but lets keep to talking about knives here!

funny cause i have found the opposite to be true i have found sure fire to be overly limited in settings (2 80 lumens which is VERY bright at 2 am going to take a piss and like 130 ish) when a 4sevens 123^2 has a base of .1 lumens i think +-.2 lumens and a max of 360 lumens unless the tactical and you can get more

also surefire tends to be throw based and be more like a laser therefore that 110 lumens is effectively focused making it seem brighter

and i have gone through 2 cr123s in a loner surefire from a cop buddy on a five day vacation vs carrying my fenix something or other the old one with 2 cr123s and a straight body design any who carrying that for 2 months used daily and then using the 2 cr123s

i put alot of this on the fact that i can use 1-2 lumens or 30 lumens max 90 percent of the time vs i am forced to use the draining 80 lumens to take a piss etc

to keep on topic a william henry e10-1 #142 with the cocobolo inlays

Spyderco kind of day. Native 5 frn, and a pm2. Giving some love to my other blades after a month of 0560 and Delica combo. It was really hard to put the 0560 in the sock drawer for the first time, but I love the pm.
