EDC II Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

It's sharpening day at the bar I run, while waiting for more of the department graduations at UCLA to finish up.

Used the Northfield Ben Hogan to prep carrots, potatoes, onions, and garlic for tonight's Moroccan Lentil Stew.

I know, it sounds like a winter dish, but we have had such pleasant evenings lately, and a friend of my son's is here visiting and she is a vegetarian. Two perfectly good excuses to make one of my favorite recipes.
