EDC II Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Not really today just cut some figs off the fig tree in the back yard early this morning with my Queen Cattleknife.

I haven't used D2 yet. What makes it better?
(Honest question. I really don't know anything about it.)

Depends on what steel you're comparing it to. I'll compare it to s30v since I have more knives in s30 than any other steel. I find that D2 takes a very fine edge and hold that fine edge much longer than s30v. I love s30v but don't like how fast it loses the crazy sharp edge and turns into that working edge. It's still sharp, but I'm a bit obsessive compulsive about how sharp my knives are. I find it's easier to reprofile than s30v, too which is a plus for me. It also polishes quite well.

This weekend my Queen DB barlow got quite a workout installing some security cameras and then later I was harvesting apples and oranges from our trees.

My casual EDC (0550) and my work EDC (cryo).

The material is called Juma............thank you very much............ and yes, I did.
Juma comes in solid colors and a few different patterns.
This particular pattern is called Golden Dragon.
Here's the other two patterns called Ivory snake and Red Carnelian.
It's pretty cool stuff.

I really like that Golden Dragon and Ivory Snake. I'll have to try it out soon. Great job on those scales! Do you CNC or do it by hand? They look perfect.

Today I'm back to my carbon fiber Blackfoot.

that makes no sense. regular is a type of knife and large is a size. it is a sebenza 21 and it looks like a large

So it's a large. Thanks for your help boss. I just started thinking I might want a sebenza ( that is a sebenza still right?). I guess I needs me some more learnin. ;)
