The best production knife I've ever handled, the Kershaw Volt 3600 along with the trusty delica.

Found some real spiders that needed to be taken care of; the millie's fine point worked very well in dispatching these two brutes... Arachnophobes read no further!

Thanks man I just died inside alittle! HATE freakin spiders! LOL

OMG i HATE spiders!, what are those ive never seen ones that big in Ontario!!!!!

I'm still shuddering, don't trust 'em!

Czechmate - are those common where your are? I'll have to show my kids your post. That's wild, man!

Glad you guys liked the spiders :D

I've never seen any face to face in the wild that are this big before... Sure, they're tiny compared to tarantulas but certainly frightening enough. The biggest one tried to latch onto me as it was hanging all tucked up under a low rafter in one of the outbuildings at the cottage I walked under. It was the first to go!

I did some more hunting and was rewarded by spotting more of the little crawlers:

Look up, look waaaay up under the eavestrough:

This guy wasn't even trying to hide:

BTW, I had these knives at my disposal all week while we were away; I wasn't really packing light by any means, however, I did feel prepared for pretty much any situation, and I like variety!
