Ran out to the store last night and took this.

Crappy picture of a nice edge. Done by our own Seelow123. I just gave it a little love on my strops and ultra fine stones. I did carry both of these today as well.

Lookin good! I like how you put those chain links (Not sure exactly what those are) down to show the shine better. Very good idea:thumbup:

We took lunch and gift cards today to the residents of the womens/children shelter our church sponsors. I was a bit late arriving because the two upside down apple pies I baked were just coming out of the oven at the time I was to be there. They were too hot to cut at home, and when I asked for a knife at the shelter to cut the pies, I was offered a plastic butter knife like you get in a take out bag. No way that was going to slice through that golden crust and those Granny Smith apples, so out came the 6332 stockman.

I don't usually prefer a long, slender clip blade, but it was perfect for turning two hot pies into 32 individual pieces for everyone to enjoy. I don't know if cooked apples, butter, brown sugar, and pecans have the same effect on a blade's patina as fresh apples do, but I think it is a bit darker than it was when I slipped it in my pocket this morning. No camera with me at the shelter, so here is a pic I just snapped after returning.

Here is the most recent prior picture I have of the clip blade, from October 26.

Nice tale Doug, you're making my mouth water.

To pinch Elliott's joke, it sounds as if your stockman is at Home on the Range :D
