powernoodle, did you polish the blade yourself? If so, may I ask what method or materials you used? I miss my old Voyager XL and I was thinking about buying the newer model but I don't care for the matte finish.
 
I used a Dremel with felt wheel, and Mother's mag wheel polish. You could use a rag instead of the Dremel, and Flitz instead of the Mother's. It does not take long. Might get better results with 1000 grit wet/dry first, followed by the polish. Thanks to jeffhanson77 for inspiring me on this one.

I had read about Mother's polish and bought a can of it 9 or 10 months ago. Just bought my second can a couple days ago, and this time I got the big container. This stuff will polish!
