(I hope I post the pic in the tight way)

Manix 2 xl, this is the 3rd one I've owned, I sold the other 2 and kicked myself, so i bought a new one, I really like the lighter version, this one is gonna see alot of use and maybe a tad bit of abuse:D

Old pic, but the knife rotation finally came back around to it so I can re-use it :)

That might change once the postman gets here....

Are they plastic also known as "teflon"? If so thats still fine. Hinderer uses plastic bushings and I find them to be smooth, they do wear out but it would take a damn long time to.

Yeah they are teflon. I've just grown accustomed to brass washers in high quality knives such as strider, CRK, ZT, even Benchmade uses em. I'm sure the brass is better in the long run. As for the sticky lockbar it's still a joke but I've put some pencil on it and I can actually use one hand to close it now... Thank god lol. I'm waiting to get my hinderer in his next batch. It's nice having the ability to buy directly from him :)

I believe you're thinking of bronze washers. That's what most knife companies use (Kershaw, Spyderco, Benchmade etc.)

Holy hell! Nice dude:thumbup: Is that the M390 beast you were talking about?

I personally liked it better the first heat treat, which do you like better?

I like it better now but only by a little bit. I liked the bronze but it was kind of hard to see in some lights and oils from the hand affected it more than they do now. I do need to do it again to get some more purple out.
