I give up! I am going to buy an Opinel that will solely be used for food prep. That just looks delicious! and look at you and your patina.

I'm in. One question though, how do you sharpen it? I have a nice set of kitchen knives but will use my Opinel as a large pairing knife primarily.

If only there was an eyebrow raised emoticon. I've managed to either waste (I do like scotch) or earmark (I need a 1911) most of my currently available funds, but that is good to know. I know those things are hard to find. Every time I google it there are 100's of pages of buying to every single offer of sale. I definitely know who to look for the moment I have spare cash again!
