So cool to read Jack, I am glad the knife gets to go places!

It gets to go LOTS of places Duncan  Have a look back through this thread and there should be plenty more pics my friend :)

Hmmm....I expect we'll be seeing a little something rather nice before the weekends out? ;)

Edit: Oh! I have a PM :) Very nice JB.

Thanks pal, but have a closer look :(

allyourblood - Lego is the style of the handle and grip of G-10.
The G-10 is the grippy G-10 and looks as if it's made up of little blocks.
It's rougher.
I'm not completely sure why it's call Lego, but "Lego" is to describe the flat handles and grippier G-10.

This is my first Strider and I am loving it.

Thank you for explaining it!

allyourblood, that is the best avatar I've ever seen.. muscle men rock!

Thank you! All these years later and I still love the little guys!

rg02 what fixed blade is that???

I'm looking for more smaller pocket size fixed blades.

I've been carrying my recently acquired Keith Willis EDC Fixed and I literally don't even know its in my pocket, just an amazing knife & sheath combo.

And what's the OAL on the knife if you don't mind???

Becker Bk14. Great little EDC fixed blade! I stripped the black coating off and put the becker zytel handles on with stainless steel hardware. Sheath is custom kydex by azwelke(I'm not a fan of factory sheath).

OAL I assume is overall length?

Bk14 specs:
7" overall length
3 1/4" 1095 cro-van steel blade

Slipped my LionSteel SR-1D (Raindrop damascus) into my right front pocket today. I gave my Victorinox Super Tinker to my cousins little boy, who I have been teaching knife safety too. This gave me the oppurtunity to slip my Victorinox Mechanic into my fanny pack. I do not leave the house without that fanny pack strapped to my waist since it carries my meds, wallet, flashlight, and the SAK I just mentioned..

Allyourblood - Not a problem buddy, glad I could help.
Cutter - We still want to see your SR-1D!!!
SAK's are a great first knife. Though I think I'd get my kid something that doesn't snap or that locks.
I need to get me another SAK and a pack to carry.

Today it is my brand new Kershaw Piston. I just got this Tuesday and I have been using it all week, it's just amazing. Really light for a 3.5"+ blade knife, plus it carries deep and you hardly notice it's there.

Sorry no pics yet, I'll snap a shot next time I'm doing something with it.
