I was up at 5.30am this morning, so by the time it got round to 9.30am I was feeling a little peckish.









Not sure how it sits with this

Have to go to a family function in a couple of months and have been trying my suits on!

But it’s low-carb, fried in olive oil, and that’s vegetarian sausage! Could have done with some garlic and red onion, but Tony’s and black pepper made it a tasty snack with a mug of good coffee

Nice F.Dick, my first knife set in culinary school was F.Dick I still have and use the French knife.

Hey Pete. When I first got that knife I didn't like it. Now it has grown on me. Use it a lot. Whacked about a bag of onions before that shot with it.

Yours looks nicer than mine, yours reminds me of the Wüsthof Grand Prix, mine has the two handle slabs with 3 rivots. I like the stainless band on your handle.

Not heard of F.Dick before, look interesting. I've had a full set of Wostenholm's Gourmet range since 1981, so they've been my main culinary choice since then. The range were originally marketed with the assistance of this slightly oily early 70's English TV chef!

(Mine were a present from someone who worked for Wostenholm )

Thanks Jeff, for one reason and another I've mainly been eating out all week, so it's nice to get back in the kitchen again, even if I'm only cooking for myself today

I'm impressed with the way the blade on the Case Sodbuster Woodrow sent me is holding up, so far all I've done is strop it a little on my jeans
