The more I carry this knife, the more I dig it. I can't make the case that objectively this is the best knife ever. But there is something subjectively pleasing about that large expanse of stonewashed 154-CM, the unusually solid feel and lockup, and the alien looking G10. For me, this one has more fondling power than most, in large part because it stands out from the crowd without being goofy. Thats hard to do these days. Its lightweight EX-03 brother is at the top of my want list.
GEC 85 EZ-Open in Nat Stag sliced open a sack of lime to be used on the fruit trees.
Interesting thing was that the lime had slightly hardened and as the blade cut into the sack&lime the blade got a nice polish! Some lime residue was left on the blade and it really cleaned up the blade and tang.
It was a bank holiday today in England, so I went out walking for the day with friends. Took a real feast of picnic stuff out, and both my #66 Jack and Case Sodbuster helped with serving it up.
Here the 66 cuts up some pittas

Drove out to S&R knives last Saturday and picked it up along with the Insingo.
I've been lusting after the street bowie for years now, so when Spyderco started making them again it was only a matter of time.
Awesome knife for the money. He's got seven left you won't be disappointed.
