Ive been carrying this old beater today....

Does anyone have any info on this knife I bought it over 10 years ago in Gatlinburg TN. The only things I know about it are it used to be a modern usa tanto style partially serrated and it is made of AUS8A steel. I have modified it to more of a spanto style and am still messing with it all the time.
