Thats the Maxpedition Small Excelsa. Titanium Framelock, with a D2 blade. I really like it so far

Very nice, this is one of my favorite knives.

That's an HDS CC200 (custom clicky 200).
I love this light, it's 200 lumens, it's programable, it's built like a brick s**t house, it's got a super low light setting and a battery will last for months, yes months.
There are so many more features that I really shouldn't go on and on about that here.
Henry definitely knows what he's doing.
Do a google on HDS and check it out.

If only I could get a hard hat clip for the light be better than I have now for cheaper /:
