Beautiful folder eschwebach

Thank you! Fantastic fit and finish for the price as well. It has AUS-8 steel which some will turn their noses up at, but if it is done right I have no issue with it. Especially since this is a gentleman's or light duty EDC knife.

Went home for lunch, decided some of my knives aren't getting enough pocket time so I switched from the Spyderco GB and Dragonfly ZDP to my Benchmade grip (154cm) and mini-grip (D2).

Never had a Grip. I've heard they (the mini-Grip in particular) are some of the most outstanding edc knives in their class. What's your take on this?

It just could not stand it until it got into my right front pocket again;

Btw, it is that durn ole' ZT0600 I'm talking about that pitches a hissy fit if it don't get to ride every day!:D

Love them both. I have a lot of folders, and I hadn't carried either of those in a couple weeks. My Strider and Brian Tighe Mini Tighe-Rod have been kicking everything out of the pocket lately. For the money, the Grip and Mini-grip are fabulous knives. Open and close very smoothly.

Awesome to hear. Thanks for the response, man.

Spyderco Caly 3. Pros: deep clip and thin profile help it disappear in the pocket; ergonomic contour with nice finger choil and thumb ramp provide complete control; lots of blade relative to scale size; nimble enough for EDC tasks but big enough to dissuade bad behavior; FFG slicer. Cons: none, really; screw construction and a flow through design would aid hygene.

Just got this in today. Somehow I've managed to never own one before. I usually carry higher end knives, but I must say I'm pretty blown away by the quality of this knife at this price point.

Carrying my new ZT 0561 today, and I must say, it's a real beast. Super smooth, rock solid, and just a handful of awesome.

My pleasure. This piece of German steel came today. It went straight into a hidden pocket I sewed into my boot. Just like Kill Bill.
