Went to the East Coast Custom Knife Show over the weekend, had a lot of fun.
Did the usual lotteries, saw some incredibly sick customs, Terzuola, Medford, Strider, Nealy, several amazing Japanese, German, South African makers and a groovy time was had by all.
Only bought this pouch for a few bucks.
Matriarch 2 Wave came from Amazon last week.
Superb design, very light, very sharp and a lot of fun.

Awesome, what is that bottom one?

It's a Baby Bushido by Warren Thomas. Hands down the nicest knife I've ever owned. I love the carbide edge and now prefer it for most cutting tasks. The other side.

There's no scorpions where I live.
Ever been stung by one?

Rule of thumb is when waking up:

There is a scorpion/spider/snake in your shoes so you shake that out.

There is a scorpion/spider/snake in your bed/sleeping bag so shake those out as well.

If you keep those in mind and watch where you walk you minimise your chances of being stung so up until no no snake bites or scorpion stings in my live.
