It is a Boker Pipsqueak, it is part of the tree-line series Neil Blackwood design and it is a frame lock.

SOG Flashback: this knife doesn't get a lot of love around here, but its a fine EDC knife. 3.5" AUS-8 steel, 3.7 ounces, assisted opener and ultra-deep clip (look how deep it buries). SOG markets the Flashback as the fastest assisted opener on the market, and I believe it. It fires hard. Some early versions were said to fire too hard, and were difficult to close, but I did not find that to be the case with the current model. I love how the stainless shell slides out of the pocket, but the aggressive jimping also provides serious grip. Has the slight but typical blade play endemic to all SOG assisted openers. See grip tape addition to aid pocket extraction. Around $58 online.

^ Somehow the name and the design reminded me of some sort of re-release/retro design. Pretty unique anyway, and that can't be entirely evil thing.

A good op to show off my hardware. Makes the knife look much better. Now I just need the black scales and I'm set. BTW, this has taken over the EDC from my ZT0566. Sorry for the pics, taken with my phone.
