This has been in my pocket since I bought it. Can't say how much I love this knife. I just ordered a backup because they are only $35. So great not to have to worry about a $200 balde anymore... :D

The edges are just textured, not rough at all. I really like it so far, I have larger hands and can get a 3 1/2 finger grip on it, four if I choke up and use the choil on the blade. It's really a perfect EDC size for me.
