EDC III Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Its tough...

Any collection suffers from the constant feeling of incompleteness. There's always something else you want.

Try to focus on using, sharpening and learning about your new knife instead of looking for the next thing to buy. You'll be a lot happier with what you have when you learn to slow down and enjoy what's in front of you.

I always think the next one is the right one, but then I see something else.
I have been using but get them sharpened professionally, I really want to learn how and get the equipment to do so.

Careful, stones can get addicting as well!

Carrying my southard with CF scales. GF opted for kawahawk.

Yesterday I dropped my southard jnto the ocean, luckily I spotted it before it disappeared jnto the sand! (Playing with dog at the beach, wasn't expecting to play in the waters but she loves the beach). I was worried all the way home, sand was all in there despite freshwater rinses. Luckily no rust formed and all sand was removed by hot water and dish soap.

Out of the box and into my pocket!

Upgrades cameras, iPhone 5s instead of 4s really makes a difference!

Hello!

Taking my newly arrived frame-handle chopper by Claudio and Ariel Sobral (CAS) out into the woods for the first time today - coupled with the (also new, lost the last one...) little Mora, I should be all set:

It's great to see some Argentinian blades here! CAS are great guys, I've met them at a couple of shows in Buenos Aires. They've made fantastic progress on their knives in just a few years.

I don't get this. If it's sarcasm I can't tell how big the picture will be, I post from my phone and its pretty much the size of every other picture in the thread.

He was being funny. It's humorous along the lines of a big guy having the nickname "tiny". It's a fine photo.
