It is a knife made by Tank Knives... Maker location, Latvia. Knife blade thickness is roughly .35 of an inch.

You will not have any knife opening problems with any other knife after opening and closing this knife a few hundred times.

Question as to why? I wanted a big ass folding knife.

Good eye! There actually is an old, decaying shallow pier in Fallout 3 that can be explored. A handful of raiders. It's not too far from the Enclave stronghold where the Wasteland Wanderer finally meets President Eden. The pier is in a tucked away, out of the way spot.

If I had to settle for just three. . .

Benchmade Triage 915 for work
Victorinox StayGlow Explorer
Benchmade Rift

But, I'm glad I haven't had to make that decision.

My most recent Grail Knife was the Rift. Before that it was the Bone Collector mini. Before that it was the StayGlow Explorer, the Triage and a HEST 2.0 folder. I currently have all my Grail Knives, but who knows what might come in the new year? The search for the Iron Mistress is a never ending process.
