Thanks, Kevin, it's aging quite nicely. Just got done touching it up on the bottom of a coffee mug as I forgot my small whetstone at home. Oh well, worked out just fine.

This used to be an EDC but it's developed rubber decay. The checkering is going smooth from cleaning it when it gets sticky.

Been wanting to have new grips put on it. Any suggestions on where I should inquire about custom work? Hate to see this San Mai III blade sitting in a drawer.

Is all that wear from normal sharpening? That's awesome. Sorry, I don't have any suggestions. Hope you find some!

Thanks, the G10 is grippy but not in a bad way. I think this will be one of my favorite knives. The ergonomics are great (as you might except Ken Onion), very fine jimping on the liner lock, useful blade shape, and like you said it is very simplistic. You need one Erik.
