Ontario Rat II
Aus 8, orange nylon 6 scales.
At $27.00, not much to complain about other than the almost smooth scale texture.
Great ergos, very sharp, opens smoothly, perfectly centered blade, perfect evenly done bevels, great EDC.
(though I prefer my Dragonfly 2 and/or my Ritter Mini Grip)
This Rat II is a small unit of cheap well made Taiwanese fun.

Not a single thing wrong with RAT folders. I think that they can even be compared to larger, more expensive knives at double to triple the cost in terms of strength and reliability.
Im carrying my Native 5, like every day. I'm not gonna post any pictures because I need to take new ones.

(Those "boneless wings" were more like half breasts)

Today:

Ontario RAT 1 today for some work around the house

(No work today because of the flash floods. The rivers have been too high to rent canoes for two days and look like they will be for another yet.)

All three of these knives are great and have exceeded my expectations. I recently started a thread "Which knife were you disappointed in, which knife pleasantly surprised you" and all three of these were contenders for the second spot.

Small Insingo. Just finished with a quick strop and hair now just flies off my arm with zero pressure. This knife is SOOOO much better after I put a better primary grind with a micro bevel.

Your primary is the hollow.
