Thanks Paul, and yes it is CV.

I love seeing all the Blurs! It's such an awesome knife!

YYYYEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAH! Got my first grail knife! It's not as fancy as a lot of peoples grails, but I love the 707-1201 and never thought I could find an affordable one. Gonna carry this FOREVER! Well, until my 710 gets here on Wednesday.

Contrary to what the pic may lead you to believe, I don't even particularly like the color blue!

What's a grail knife? Personal holy grail? Dream knife? Gold class? Lol

Nice Quiet---I had an on and off again love affair with the GB and once I cleared access to the liner lock, we're back on again and I don't see ever goin back:o I did break ranks today and carried my new de-assisted BDZ-1 Blur:cool:

Paul, I actually don't mind the lock. I'm used to it being a two-handed closer at this point. I actually love its easy flickability for opening. I use a technique where I pull it out of the pocket, and put the edge of my thumbnail into the top of the spiderhole (sounds uhhhh...yeah, anyway) and just flick it like I would any manual open knife. The blade just flies open using this method. So, I don't mind it. I think the huge thing for me for the GB, despite it's tremendous solidity, blade steel, ability to take and hold an edge, is the aesthetic of the knife. The first time I saw a picture of a GB here on BF, the pic was of the knife lying open on a table. I absolutely loved how it looks like a curvy, sexy fixed blade from the top view, and in fact, still love that about it. Then I got it in my hands and it has literally been in my pocket every day since. When I carry other knives, they ride in my offhand pocket. It's going to take an absolutely stellar knife to kick my GB out of my right front pocket.

By the way, the scales on that traditional are fantastic.

Here's a quick picture of my Blur, which is riding in my off-pocket today (In similar lighting company as yours!):
