The Cold Steel Medium ("baby") Voyager is an awesome piece of knife. At 3.1 ounces it is small and light for easy EDC, but its stout construction and killer Tri-Ad lock make it strong enough to get the job done. I honestly believe I could hack my way through a cinderblock wall with it, given sufficient time and motivation. At around $34 shipped, this one is a no-brainer for the preparedness-minded buyer or anyone wanting a lightweight but highly capable EDC knife.

Now that is handsome! The grind and blade shape just set it off and although I'd always look for a traditional first I'd probably buy one of those just cuz!

It's been this one since I received it on tuesday. I've been using it to cut packing straps, boxes, ceiling tiles, strip wire insulation, and a couple of apples. I've also dropped it 3 times since receiving it and broke off about 0.5mm from the tip during one of those times. A few minutes on the paper wheels and you can't even tell. Even polished the spine and the convexed edge in the process.

^^^ You should try the real versions of the top and bottom knife. You may feel the need to carry only one then;)

I have this guy today
