Paul,
Who makes that fixed blade? Got pix of the sheath?
Thanks

manowar, it is a Blind Horse kit knife made by a forum member here. I'll try to put up a picture of the sheath tomorrow. It's a really nice right side carry pouch sheath.

Lucky to score some DFH 90min waaaaay over there in FL.

We're beer-spoiled here in NorCal :P

Wait, what? LOL DFH is super common here. Hell, so's 120 Minute. I have an aging box full of 120's from various years. Same with WWS!!

Florida is pretty huge on craft beer these days, we're spoiled pretty badly here ourselves.

Florida doesn't have ready access to The Bruery's rares, Firestone Walker, or Pliny the Younger....

But we do ok:

Also, I'm just razzin' ya, anyone who likes good beer is good with me!

Where'd you score those? DFH 90min is an easy find at the local grocery store (publix - only southerners will know that one) -- so I usually grab that or some Shiner depending on the day.

Quiet is right on the money there, DFH is easy to find, and we have a pretty decent craft scene here and it's growing rapidly. Though NorCal is probably much bigger.

I scored the Huna at Hunaphu's Day at CCB this year (what a fiasco!), and the DL was a trade for one of the bottles of Huna I scored. Pliny the Elder is actually pretty easy to get your hands on in Florida because there are multiple CA-based online beer retailers that sell it. Pretty awesome!

Kirby, my bad brother---it is San Mai but Matt is notorious for such awesome Hamons and I referred to it as such:o

Today's carry...2011 Forum Knife and BHK with tan linen Micarta. Love this little fixed---everything about this one is perfect for me. I have others that cost 3 to 4 times as much but this one simply works:thumbup:

Paul, Both of those knives are soooooo perfect!drooooolllll....

Neat thing about the forum knife is that I sold it and it was gone for about a year and then the buyer I sold it to emailed asking if I was interested in buying it back:D THANKS Brian:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Don't know what it is about this one, but it's my new favorite (until something else kicks it out of my pocket :D). Maybe it's the keen edge the carbon steel blade takes, or the color of the Delrin scales, or maybe even the serpentine shape, or even the nice patina, I dunno. Maybe it's all of 'em put together.
