Yep! Did some late night repairs, sharpened it, fixed some lock issues it was having. . .and back into the pocket. Still one of my favorites.

To anyone who can EDC a fixed blade....try the Spyderco Street Beat. This one comes with a tek lok, mine has a simple Gclip:thumbup:
Bit pricy but a gorgeous knife with a VG10 blade and fantastic ergos.

I'll be honest with you here.
When I got my first real Spyderco (Native 5) I was a bit underwhelmed.
Then when I started using it and sharpening it was when I realized why they're good.
Now its my favorite brand.

Can't go wrong with the Street Beat. Great carry blade, perfect size IMO. Mr jkwithawave's been carrying it in the pocket lately.

I've been on a xm/21 kick right now. When I find a couple brands I like, I tend to stick to what I know is good. But all the talk about spyderco is impossible to ignore. That's settles it. Next blade is going to be a spyderco. (after my raindrop 21 and blue hardware gets here
haha)That's street beat is right up my alley. I have a few fixed blades with similar lines made by members.
