With all this Blur talk, I decided to dig out my old blem Blur and de-assist it. WHY DID I NOT DO THIS A LOOOONG TIME AGO?!!! I think it will be getting more pocket time in this configuration.

Kevin, I did this with both of mine and for me it's a major improvement:thumbup: I know some people don't get it and I understand that but for me it's much better.

Hey buddy - I just now saw this! Sorry! I get on the site mostly on my phone and I can't see my visitor messages until I log in on the computer.
Excellent pictures! You've got quite the stash of eyepieces! I can only guess how exceptional the stars look from there!!! No dad-burn light pollution (or very little)! That's my main problem where I'm at. Can't hardly see anything with the street lights. My father actually shot the one in front of his house with a .22 many, many years ago... He said he did it 3 times and they kept replacing it.
That's just beautiful man. Really wish I could make it out there someday to enjoy it.
Oh, and nice knives of course, as awlays.

Unfortunately there is still a fair amount of light pollution here, though it is a hundred times better than my house in the city! Believe me, I have thought about taking out the street lights and my neighbors lights but that wouldn't end well for me!
As long as the weather holds I'll be out again this weekend.
